Shipping Information All orders will be shipped via UPS (street address is required), unless shipping to PO Box or military address. Those will be shipped via Priority Mail. Tracking numbers are available upon request. Call customer service 910-540-9890.
Return Policy Merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30-days of receipt. Returns must still be in sellable condition and must be accompanied by a note stating the reason for the return and the original invoice. Art items that have been worn, modified, framed, or damaged will not be accepted! Returns or exchanges of custom made items will be at the discretion of 2Deep Designs. Sorry, no exchanges or returns on discontinued merchandise. For your protection, insure the package at full value. No C.O.D. shipments will be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges that involve shipping will require additional shipping charges be paid for by the customer. Discovery of shipping errors must be reported to 2DeepDesigns within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
